STEP 3: Let's Discuss Your Goals and Create a Personalized Plan.
On your initial visit, we will do a quick Health Screen and discuss any existing injuries or limitations you have. We will then map out a tailored exercise plan to meet your needs. We want you to feel confident that Rushcutters Health is the best fit for you. So bring a towel, drink bottle & wear some comfy clothes.
